Do Libertarians want to have a government?

Some libertarians believe that a competitive private sector can do everything the government does with better checks and balances.

Other libertarians believe that the government should control the courts, military, and police.

Both of these types of libertarians would fund these activities through either user fees or in some cases, donations.

In a libertarian society, being without government does not mean being without order.
